SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setting -> Start up & shutdown -> Desktop session -> Restore manually saved
session
2. Setting -> Virtual Desktop -> Create 4 desktops
3. Open multiple version of VSCode in different desktops
4. From desktop toolbar -> Leave -> Save Session
5. Reboot system
OBSERVED RESULT
VSCode is got getting restored.
EXPECTED RESULT
VSCode should be restored to it's desktop.

Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.69.0
Qt Version: 5.14.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is related to this bug, I was asked to open a separate bug for each
windows not getting restored with session enabled.
