SUMMARY
Apps are removed from "Applications" section when we click on their red trash
buttons. But the tooltip of such buttons says "Remove all shortcuts for <app>".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > shortcuts
2. hover over any app listed under "Applications" section and read its tooltip:
"Remove all shortcuts for <app>"
3. click on red trash button and click on "Apply" button
OBSERVED RESULT
the app (not just its shortcuts) was removed
EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip should describe the funcion of the red trash button accurately
