Every time when I've got plasma notification shown - there is black square
instead of close button & pie chart timer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run "notify-send 123" in the console.
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification with black square on top right corner is shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal close button & notification pie chart timer is shown instead.
