SUMMARY
Some widgets change size slightly on reboot if not locked. Ability to lock
easily removed in Plasma 5.18.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot.
2. Resize Widgets.
3. Reboot again.
OBSERVED RESULT
Widgets change size slightly.
EXPECTED RESULT
Widgets remain the same size as before reboot.
