SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add a global menu widget to a top panel OR use application meunbar panel
2. switch global theme/plasma style to breeze
OBSERVED RESULT
1 the the top menubar text appear too close to each other
EXPECTED RESULT
the top menu bar text should not have been too close. note that it happens
only on breeze plasma style and no other theme
