SUMMARY
Dolphin can play audio and video in the preview panel. It should also be able
to play them in the tooltip.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable tooltips
2. Hover audio or video file
3. Wait for tooltip to open
OBSERVED RESULT
No way to play the files
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a play button and a seek bar as in the preview panel.
