Install Raspberry Pi OS from August 20th 2020 but don't install any updates 2. Install the 0.97.1 raspberry pi version of gcompris 3. Install libpulse-dev, because gcompris requires it 4. Start gcompris, it runs properly without a crash 5. Run a "sudo apt update" followed by "sudo apt install raspberrypi-bootloader" This will install the following other deps: libraspberrypi-bin libraspberrypi-dev libraspberrypi-doc libraspberrypi0 raspberrypi-bootloader Specifically: Unpacking raspberrypi-bootloader (1.20201022-1) over (1.20200819- 6.
