STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set a file present in your file system as user avatar
2. open kickoff launcher
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
kickoff is not displaying the user avatar set in the step 1.
If we restart Plasma session or Plasma process with "plasmashell --replace",
the user avatar is updated in kickoff.
EXPECTED RESULT
user avatar should immediately be applied to kickoff after the step 1
