SUMMARY
When folder selection dialog is opened, we can't click a folder and click Open.
We have to type the folder's name in the filename box and only then it will
accept the selection. A screen recording is attached.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder select dialog
2. Select a folder using the mouse
3. Click 'Open'
OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog does not accept the selection. One has to type in the name of the
folder.
EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should accept the selection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The screen recording is from Firefox, which is using KDE dialogs via
xdg-desktop-portal-kde.
