SUMMARY
Fonts KCM should show rendering previews for hinting and subpixel settings
using localized pangrams (elided if necessary) like the Font Management KCM
does.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Fonts KCM with a non-English locale
2. Open the hinting settings dropdown
OBSERVED RESULT
The preview string is "The quick brown fox…"
EXPECTED RESULT
The preview string is localized (e.g. «Широкая электрификация южных губерний…»)
