Changing brightness and sound output level with mouse wheel or shortcuts is
much easier and comfortable than clicking and dragging the sliders, but in some
scenarios the increment/decrement step is too much big, for example in night
with low light changing brightness by step equal to 5 hurts really the eyes,
and also when using headphones it would much better to change sound volume by
step smaller than 5.
