Can't reach last/first item by mouse scroll wheel if only a portion of it is
visible
When I search for something and the returned items fill the result area, if a
small portion of the last or first item is visible then I try to reach it using
mouse scroll wheel it doesn't work at all, and I should grab the scrollbar and
pushed up/down to reach the hidden item or I should reach that item and pass
mouse over it to make it completely visible. See attached video for more info.
