Increase Configure icons dialog
The Configure Icons Sizes dialog is displayed on the top, so increasing
slightly its height will have no negative effect on Plasma Settings UI, the
problem is that there is only one item "Dialogs" that's half hidden in the list
and it does need to have vertical scrollbar to only reach it. See attached
image for more info.
