SUMMARY
The scrolling bars are not adjusted for RTL.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Kdenlive in a RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic, etc.)
2. Scroll with the scrolling bars.
OBSERVED RESULT
The scrolling bars are not adjusted for RTL.
EXPECTED RESULT
The scrolling bars are adjusted for RTL.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please fix the scrolling bars, and their direction should be from right to
left, excluding the timeline area witch should be from left to right.
