STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start dolphin
2. F4 / Open Terminal does not start konsole
3. otherwise, konsole starts properly

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem occurs after change the terminal program command in dolphin. But
now I can't find this option dialogue anymore.Where can I find it again?
