What you can try with the install version. Kill all dbus-daemon.exe using the task-manager. Uninstall Kdenlive. Then go to the folder where Kdenlive is installed (usually on C:\Program Files\kdenlive). Delete/remove the Kdenlive folder completely. Install Kdenlive 21.04.ff again.
