SUMMARY
Private Internet Access icon doesn't show up in System Tray after update to
Frameworks 5.83.0
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start PIA
2. Set PIA to close to System Tray
3. Close (minimize) PIA interface.
OBSERVED RESULT
PIA minimizes but no System Tray icon is shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
PIA icon is displayed in System Tray.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
PIA icon should also appear in System Tray as soon as it starts up but it does
not. PIA is still running but the only way to get the interface back is to run
PIA from the start menu again.
