OK, I see. You can configure Inkscape to limit the number of decimals in the
output (or use an external SVG minifier/optimizer).

In theory, the coordinate units are arbitrary, but I think *most* projections
use meters as their unit. That’s why you get so large numbers (to the *left* of
the decimal point). So 1043606.1331394053 corresponds to about 1044 kilometers
from some origin.
