SUMMARY
MLT file created Library "Add Timeline select to Library" will not play in
timeline unless you expand it first.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create by Adding to lib.
2. added to Project Bin
3. See video and audio mlt in time line.
4. Will play but no audio or video in Project Monitor.
5. MLT will play in Clip Monitor.
6. When clip is expanded all it there and it will play.
