STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. open Display Configuration KCM
3. select Full RGB range
4. click on Apply button
5. comfirm the change by clicking on Keep button of the confirmation dialog
OBSERVED RESULT
Apply button is still active. I get an apply/discard prompt when leaving the
KCM.
EXPECTED RESULT
Full RGB range should be applied
