STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Display Configuration KCM
2. change display scale or RGB range setting
3. click on Apply button
OBSERVED RESULT
dialog to confirm or revert the change shows up and the KCM is empty behind it.

unchanged KCM behind the dialog
