SUMMARY
I was trying cut a video clip. I engaged the razor tool and got the red line
but it wouldn't cut where I wanted it to.

OBSERVED RESULT
No cut was made and an error box at the bottom said NO CLIP TO CUT
EXPECTED RESULT
I wanted the clip to be cut. xprop
