Hi Davide, I confirm that the remote file opened with VSCode is located in
`~/.cache/kioexec/krun/...` and I can upload it manually. If I save it with
VSCode instead, I have this message: "a file already exists with the name".
But I confirm that using Kate it works perfecly.
