(If that makes sense…) If you want a quick fix, then right click on the launcher button, choose 'Edit Applications…' and drag the games to be directly under the main games category instead of under any sub-category. The launcher doesn't show empty categories, so those will get hidden for you. If you want you could also delete the sub-categories.
