SUMMARY
I have stuttering in Wayland on Video Stutter Tests in any options of screen
and KWin
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install plasma-wayland-session
2. login and set any option of sreen and KWin
3. Launch test video
4. STUTTER
OBSERVED RESULT
Animation and test stutters
EXPECTED RESULT
Wayland must help with it, but doing worse than X
