[krita] [Bug 445936] most options on all tabs don't show up,including the shortcuts settings,i tried uninstall but it continued and now i also lost my shortcuts and can't put back bacause they don't show

This issue is fixed in the upcoming Krita 5 release. For Krita 4, you will need
to reset Krita's settings:
https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration.

(Also, these are not "tabs" but "menus")
