I'm using nowadays Fedora with KDE.
To upgrade from a version to another we must use a DNF plugin:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/upgrading/ .
It would be great to be able to update the Fedora version directly from
Discover, but I don't know if Discover has the "infrastructure" to be able to
do this.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for a new release
2. Try to update from Discover
