SUMMARY
My dad's computer was running GNOME on Arch, but it was having some issues, so
we thought we'd give KDE Plasma a try. Everything is good, except for this very
weird bug where on every window, the content of the window seems to be popping
out from the decorations (look near the title bars and bottoms of windows in
attached screenshot).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install plasma
2. Install some themes
3. Observe
Note that this happens with every theme now, AND persists between reboots
