STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. After starting plasma, right click on desktop.
2. When the wifi is connected a notification will appear.
3. When the notification disappear the right click menu also disappers.
OBSERVED RESULT
When the notification disappear the right click menu disappears.
EXPECTED RESULT
When the notification disappear the right click menu should not disappear.
