Bug reproduced in Firefox Nightly.

SUMMARY
When using BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true in the kwinrc configuration file,
some GTK applications (I've tested Firefox and uGet) that KWin remembers that
were maximized when closed, open with their titlebar. When minimizing and
maximizing the window again, the titlebar disappears as it should.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable BorderlessMaximizedWindows in kwinrc.
2. Open a GTK application that was maximized when closed (e.g Firefox).
3. See if titlebar is there or not.

OBSERVED RESULT
Titlebar is there in the maximized window of the GTK application, even if the
BorderlessMaximizedWindows preference is enabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Titlebar should not be there.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.90.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.16.1-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've only tested Firefox and uGet, so I don't know if this happens with all GTK
applications. This didn't happen in KDE Plasma 5.23.5.
