System settings for bootsplash not working at all. Whatever I set, I always see
default KDE Neon bootsplash screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run: System settings -> Appearance -> Boot Splash Screen
2. Change to whatever splash you want, you can download any new splash and
change to it
3. Apply settings
OBSERVED RESULT
After reboot you can still see default KDE Neon bootsplash screen.
