Missing Window decorations as well as missing decorations in global menu.
In a new bizarre glitch I have never seen in KDE Plasma on Ubuntu Studio 21.04
when starting Ubuntu Studio all of the window decorations were missing, and the
only one's that seem to work is the integrated Breeze theme. This is more or a
nuisance than anything. It also is missing from global themes as well.
