SUMMARY
Some settings pages have a confirmation message box when changing them. They
are shown when clicking "Apply" but not "OK".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin settings
2. Go to "Start"
3. Change start address to a non-existing location
4. Hit "OK"
OBSERVED RESULT
No message box that it was reverted to default is shown
EXPECTED RESULT
A message box that it was reverted to default is shown, like when clicking
"Apply"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same happens to the "Dolphin needs to be restarted" notification when
toggling VCS plugins (Git, Mercurial, Svn) in "Context menu" settings
