It seems that plasma doesn't build the desktop on that screen. Tested with KDE
Neon live image developer edition stable.
Configuration:
- External monitor set as primary
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect external monitor (dock)

Black screen on laptop with mouse only
Expected Results:
To have the plasma desktop
