NAME: KDE Plasma Monitor BUG - No Video Output on 2 Monitors after update to
5.24.2 - No Output Signal

DESC: Main monitor just shows it's own WORD/TEXT Display for the Currently
Selected Input (HDMI X), where X is the HDMI port number
The SONY 32" Bravia TV Set just shows the Currently Chosen Input Method
on the screen whenever a video/picture signal is expected but none is currently
presenting itself to the TV Sets currently chosen input method

Linux Distro: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

CONDITIONS:

Both monitors 1 & 2 are ON
Settings > Energy Saving
 - Screen Energy Saving: OFF

RESULT:

SONY 32" Monitor gives a black screen - Description above
Philips 200P7 - Only displays a black background - Can see the mouse pointer,
but no mouse context menu working
Dragging a window from the 32" Primary Monitor to the Philips
Monitor does not show the window or any outline of a window on the Philips
monitor
Philips Monitor will show the different mouse pointer (the
horizontal and vertical direction lines) with window drag

NOTES:

I have had no problems using the Motherboards Internal VGA Output connected to
my 32" TV/Monitor - All Monitors & Displays are 100% completely stable whenever
turning any of the Monitors/TV's off and back on again using VGA.

Issue has persisted on at least 6 previous kernel releases as well
