STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a widget to the panel that only works under X11 (e.g
https://github.com/wsdfhjxc/virtual-desktop-bar)
2. Log out and switch to wayland
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell crashes and continuously tries to restart itself.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell automatically disabling the crashing widget and/ or telling the
user which widget crashes.
