Cursor pointing on the icon but no hover indicator
SUMMARY
After upgrading to 5.24.90, I noticed that an icon in the application dashboard
no longer had the fainted blue background and the blue square around it when
hovered.
I have tried to remove all "qmlcache" directory and all "kcache" files under
~/.cache, but none of these helped.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to 5.24.90
OBSERVED RESULT
Icons lost the hover effect.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should still have the hover effect.
