STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Boot Splash Screen KCM
2. apply another boot splash screen
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, 'Apply' button of Boot Splash Screen
KCM remains enabled while a boot splash screen is applied
EXPECTED RESULT
make 'Apply' button greyed out while the boot splash screen is applied
