SUMMARY
in the Help section, language selection, it is not possible to change the
language, it is always English. you can't choose spanish

1. in toolbar
2. Help section
3. configure idiom
OBSERVED RESULT
it is not possible to select any language
EXPECTED RESULT
the spanish language should appear

Windows: windows 10
Kstars Version: 3.5.7 stable
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
no language appears. There is only the English language, the only option.
