STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the Networks icon in tray
2. click on the upper right "double-slidebar" icon
3. opens "system-settings - connections"
do the same for , for example, "Audio Volume" icon.
Step 3. opens "Audio volume settings - plasma" instead of "system settings -
audio". To get into the latter , one has to click on the hamburger menu.
EXPECTED RESULT
either the "double-slidebar" icon opens the appropriate system settings, or the
plasma settings related to the clicked icon.
Or use hamburger menu and double-slidebar everywhere.
