SUMMARY
When trying to use the phone as a mouse I noticed the app scrolls a lot and I
only need to move my fingers about 3 cm to scroll the entire page. It makes
scrolling kinda hard.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on `remote input`
2. Try scrolling
3. Observe?

By the way I'm having this issue on Android 12 but the bug report site only
lets me select up to 11 so I went for `unspecified`
