STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install openSUSE Leap 15.3 with KDE on HP Desktop TP01-2050nl.
2. Start user session and System Settings > Power Management > Energy Saving.
Screen shown is that of a laptop, it differs considerable from that on a
desktop and has e.g. extra item for dimming. In any case dimming, nor switching
off of the screen works.
3. Another phenomenon that shows that KDE thinks this is a laptop is a popup
(every !5 minutes) that offers to switch monitors/screens where one is a
"laptop screen". This is circumvented by switching Background Kscreen2 off.
