Hi,

This is a bug tracker, not a user support forum. For support, it's better to go
to https://krita-artists.org and ask for help. Tablet issues are pretty much
always a setup issue, not a bug in Krita: Krita doesn't contain any tablet
support code.

You can try to:

* update the drivers for your tablet
* reset the tablet driver settings (for instance, wacom corrupts its settings
regularly on Windows, and since settings are stored per application it's
perfectly possible for a wacom tablet to work with other apps, but look broken
with Krita
* reset Krita's settings
* switch in the tablet settings app between wintab and windows ink
* switch between wintab and windows ink in Krita.

For the slowdown:

* check whether there's any security software other than Windows Defender
running
* check whether Krita is running in compatibility mode
* check whether graphics acceleration is enabled in Krita.
