I have kmail as a launcher. When hovering mouse pointer on it, the big icon in
the tooltip is overly pixellated, see screenshot. Other icons are not, only
kmail. Using Breeze Dark theme or any other theme does not change the icon.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. make kmail a launcher
2. Hover the mouse pointer on its icon
3. wait for tooltip
Actual Results:
The big icon is ugly.
