Comparison of a kcm with and without a search bar
SUMMARY
The following appearance sub-pages don't have search bars:
Global Theme
Application Style (Granted, you are unlikely to have that many styles here,
but a search bar would still be nice for consistency's sake)
Window Decorations
Fonts (Although since the font selection is different, should I open a
separate issue?)
Icons
Cursors
Splash screens
I get that the only pages that have the search bar are Colours and Plasma
Styles, but still it would be nice to have search bars in all other pages as
well
