A log file with the WAYLAND_DEBUG environment variable on, then launching
konsole and setting it inactive by clicking other window
The blur effect does not apply to inactive window backgrounds. I have
background contrast enabled and blur effect on.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable blur, background contrast and transperancy in desktop effects
2. Open any app
3. Make the app inactive by clicking some other window
OBSERVED RESULT
Window is transparent without the blur effect being applied.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window is transparent with the blur effect.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have attached a log file with the WAYLAND_DEBUG environment variable on, then
launching konsole and setting it inactive by clicking other window.
I am not sure if the stderr was redirected as well, I tried the following
command: konsole > out.log 2>&1
