Sorting the project bin by an order type (e.g. Date) does nothing if the order
type is already selected

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Import clips in project bin in something other than date order (e.g. by
name)
2. Attempt to sort by Date. Date is usually the selected option in the
dropdown on a first-time sort.
OBSERVED RESULT
No sorting takes place
EXPECTED RESULT
Clips should sort by Date ascending.
