STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the grid effect
2. Drag and drop a window to a different screen
3. Don't move the mouse on drop
OBSERVED RESULT
The dragging cursor stays.
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor becomes a pointer, since nothing is being dragged anymore.
