Help menu (proper styling)
SUMMARY
The annotation toolbar's popups (like effects popup) are vastly different from
the rest popups in Spectacle (help, export, etc.). This is very inconsistent to
have 2 different styles within the same application.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the help/export menu in Spectacle.
2. Open the effect/any tool's menu in the annotation toolbar.
3. Observe the differences in popups.
OBSERVED RESULT
Popups in the annotation toolbar & rest of Spectacle look vastly different.
EXPECTED RESULT
All popups should be consistent in looks.
