SUMMARY
This only happens if the scrollbar does not stop at the edge of the page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the app page for "Sonic Robo Blast 2" (requires flathub repo for
flatpak)
2. Click the right arrow three times
3. Watch the scrollbar
OBSERVED RESULT
The scrollbar moves, then flickers as it slows down
EXPECTED RESULT
No flickering
